With an engineering mindset and lifelong passion for entrepreneurship, Bobby develops turnkey solutions for his customers. His unique ability to analyze problems and create sustainable solutions has been the trademark of his success. Bobby founded ChopAir in 2020 to help better serve an existing market and influence positive change in the construction industry.
Bobby began his engineering career in commercial HVAC manufacturer with Ruskin – a Johnson Controls Inc. company located in Grandview, MO. He developed a genuine passion for the commercial HVAC industry at Ruskin. Bobby transitioned to a commercial HVAC manufacturer’s representative firm in Southeast Florida where he managed Big Ass Fans regional sales with Tom Barrow Xpress Products. Bobby graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a BS in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in business and mathematics.
Greg joined Bobby at ChopAir in the summer of 2021, seeing an opportunity to grow and establish a business with a friend as something he could not pass up. Greg began his career selling medical devices for Orthopedic giant Arthrex, where he learned the ins and outs of sales and account management. Being in the operating room everyday, he learned to become comfortable in uncomfortable situations, and has brought that skill to the HVAC industry.
Once Bobby had grown the business to the point he needed a steady presence in Florida, Greg joined the team and moved to Tampa. With ChopAir, Greg runs the sales and client management side of the business. In his free time, Greg loves to golf, play softball, and explore his new home state.
